About your dark spot consultant

Uzuri is led by Nols Combrink, a registered Justine direct selling agent in South Africa who focuses on calm, realistic routines for fading dark spots and hyperpigmentation on African and other melanin-rich skin.

Who I work with

I mainly help people in South Africa who are dealing with acne marks, shaving bumps, hormonal pigmentation, and older dark marks on the face or body. Many of my clients have tried strong products before and now want a routine that fits their budget and does not burn or peel their skin.

How I build dark spot routines

  • Start with the simplest possible routine that protects your skin barrier.
  • Add targeted dark spot treatment products slowly so we can see what truly helps.
  • Use affordable Justine products wherever possible and keep to what you can repeat most days.

If you prefer a guided plan, you can complete the quick questions on the personalised dark spot routine page and I will reply with a suggested morning and night routine.

How to contact me

You can reach me in the way that feels easiest for you:

I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. My role is to help you build a practical routine and product list that you can discuss with your healthcare provider if needed.

Routine steps

  1. Cleanse gently to avoid stripping the barrier.
  2. Brighten with a serum; use targeted corrector only on stubborn marks.
  3. Moisturise to keep skin comfortable.
  4. Protect every morning with SPF 30-50.

Common mistakes

  • Layering too many strong actives on sensitive areas.
  • Skipping sunscreen after adding brightening products.
  • Swapping products too quickly to “speed up” fading.
